When you use the Readiness Assessment, we collect:
- Your assessment answers. The responses you give to the 12 readiness questions across Financial, Knowledge and Lifestyle areas.
- Your email address. Provided at the end of the assessment so we can send you your personalised results.
- Basic technical information. Such as your browser type, device and general location, collected automatically to keep the site running and secure.
When we collect your email
You can begin and complete the Readiness Assessment without giving us any personal information. We only ask for your email address after you have answered all 12 questions and immediately before your personalised readiness score is delivered. Providing your email is voluntary, but it is the way we send you your results.
Why we collect it
- To calculate and deliver your personalised Readiness Score.
- To email you your results and any related guidance we've prepared.
- To send occasional practical property development insights, if you choose to remain subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
- To improve the assessment and our educational content, using de-identified, aggregated information only.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share the minimum information necessary with trusted service providers who help us run the assessment and deliver your results, including:
- Our website hosting provider.
- Our email delivery provider.
- Privacy-respecting analytics tools we use to understand how the site is performing.
These providers are only permitted to use your information to provide services to us and are required to protect it.
Marketing and unsubscribing
Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link. Choosing to unsubscribe does not affect your ability to receive the results of any assessment you've already completed.
How long we keep your information
We keep your assessment answers and email address for as long as needed to provide you with your results and any follow-up guidance, and to improve the assessment. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by contacting us at the address below.
